I’ve been thinking a lot about how AI is changing marketing.

Because there’s a weird thing happening right now.

Businesses are producing more content than ever.

More posts.

More videos.

More copy.

More “marketing.”

And somehow, a lot of it feels exactly the same.

I talked with Amir Zinati, founder of ITANIZ, about this on the podcast.

He said something that really stuck with me:

AI can help a business produce the wrong things more efficiently.

That’s a dangerous place for an agency to be.

We also got into the other side of the equation: why human connection and community may actually become more valuable as AI generated content becomes impossible to avoid.

And then there’s the agency-owner problem Amir and I both know too well

Taking on clients who look great on paper, only to discover later that the real problem isn't their marketing.

It's the business underneath it.

We unpacked how to spot those clients earlier, why “I’ve worked with four agencies and they all failed me” should make you ask more questions, and the hiring approach that can help you avoid expensive mistakes.

If you're trying to grow an agency without becoming the person who has to fix everything, there's a lot in this conversation worth hearing.
