I wanted to tell you about one of my clients.
Brennan’s agency was doing about $500K per year.
Good clients. Solid growth.
From the outside, it looked like things were working.
But behind the scenes:
He was working 60+ hours per week
Still involved in most client calls
Constantly double-checking his team
And acting as the fallback for anything that went wrong
The agency wasn’t broken.
But it only worked because he was always in it.
At one point, the stress got bad enough that he was losing sleep and seriously considering shutting the agency down.
This wasn’t a talent problem.
It wasn’t a motivation problem.
It was a visibility problem.
No clear ownership.
No consistent way to track performance.
No way to know what was actually happening without asking.
So the pattern stayed the same:
Delegate → something breaks → step in → repeat
Here’s what we changed:
We installed a simple accountability system that created:
Clear ownership across every role
Visibility into performance without chasing
Follow-through without constant oversight
Nothing fancy.
Just a system that made it obvious:
what’s working, what’s not, and who owns it.
Once that was in place, everything shifted.
Brennan went from:
70+ hour weeks → 40 hours or less
In most client calls → 60%+ reduction
Constant oversight → team owning outcomes
Reactive problem-solving → issues caught early
And most importantly: He could finally step away without things breaking.
The agency didn’t just improve.
It became something that could run without him being involved in everything.
That’s exactly what I’m walking through in this workshop:
The Agency Visibility System
If you’re stuck in the middle of everything right now, this will feel very familiar.
And it will show you exactly what to fix.
If your agency only works because you’re always in it…
that’s the problem.
